Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. A written cancellation number will be issued and must be retained by the client if a refund is to be processed. E-mail cancellations require acknowledgement from the resort. Refunds will be made either by bank transfer or to the credit card to which the deposit was charged.
 
Credit Cards
Six Senses accepts the following credit cards, American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Master Card for Soneva and Evason & Six Senses Hideaway. Six Senses Resorts & Spas reserves the right to amend any of these conditions without prior notice.
